REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Notice

The City of East Wenatchee gives notice that it will receive requests for proposals (RFP): Traffic Signal and Luminaire Pole Assemblies.

Deadline

A Proposal must be filed with the City Clerk before 4:00pm on November 2, 2022. The City will not consider Proposals submitted after the due date. Anyone submitting a proposal accepts all risks of late delivery of mailed submittals regardless of fault.

Brief Description

The City of East Wenatchee is seeking proposals to supply traffic signal and luminaire pole assemblies to the City. Upon request, the City Clerk will email a copy of the information packet.

Submission

All proposals shall be sent via mail, in electronic format, or sent via electronic mail to the City of East Wenatchee no later than 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time on November 2, 2022 per the instructions in the Request for Proposal. The City intends to execute a contract no later than November 16, 2022.
