• Oral comments can be made during the Public Hearing either in-person or on Zoom. Each person addressing the City Council must state their name and address for the record.
• Written comments must be submitted by 4:00pm, the day of the hearing. Comments must include your name and address and can be submitted by either:
  • emailing the City Clerk;
