[ARCHIVED] Transition to 10-Digit Dialing

Starting on October 24, everyone with a 509 area code must start using 10-digit dialing. The FCC adopted "988" as a 3-digit number for the National Suicide Prevention hotline, so areas that utilized 988 in 7-digit dialing are now switching to 10-digits.
