The East Wenatchee Planning Commission is recommending the approval of ZTA 2020-02 amendments to the East Wenatchee Municipal Code Chapters: 

• 17.08 Definitions,
• 17.24 Residential Low Density District,
• 17.28 Residential Medium Density District,
• 17.32 Residential High Density/Office District,
• 17.34 Commercial Zoning District Land Use Matrix,
• 17.72 General Regulations; and
• 12.53 Driveways, Access Easement, Pedestrian Facilities, Walks and Trails.

The East Wenatchee City Council will conduct a public hearing at the March 16, 2021 meeting to receive comments on ZTA 2020-02. The meeting starts at 6:00 PM and the public hearing will be part of the meeting agenda and will begin after the meeting has convened. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Governor’s orders, the meeting is closed to in-person attendance and will be conducted using the Zoom Online platform. To join the meeting, please choose one of the following options:
